I. Eligibility

This promotional offer is open to all new and existing clients of Career Science Pty Ltd who book and pay for an eligible service during the promotional period. Both streams are eligible; Early to Mid-Career Professionals and High School and Tertiary Students. There is no minimum age requirement beyond what applies to Career Science’s standard terms of service.

II. Promotional Period and Booking Window 

• Promotional Period: This offer is available for bookings made between 25 June 2026 and 25 July 2026 (inclusive). Bookings made outside of this window are not eligible for either offer. 

• Session Slots: Sessions booked under this promotion must be scheduled and completed between July 2026 and 30 September 2026. Sessions cannot be deferred beyond 30 September 2026 under this promotional rate. 

• Payment: Full payment must be received within the promotional period (by 25 July 2026) to qualify for the discounted rate or bonus hour. Provisional or partial bookings will not be accepted as eligible. 

III. Offer A — 20% Discount on the 1-Hour Session 

• Discounted Rate: The standard 1-hour session with is normally priced at $295. Under Offer A, eligible clients may book this session at a 20% discount, bringing the total down to $236. 

• Scope: Offer A applies to the standalone 1-hour session only. It does not apply to any multi-session package or assessment-inclusive program. 

• Extra Hour: Clients who book under Offer A are not entitled to an additional bonus hour under Offer B. Offer A and Offer B cannot be applied to the same booking. 

• Upgrade Exception: Clients who book under Offer A and subsequently choose to upgrade to a 3-session package will retain eligibility for Offer B (1 bonus hour) at the time of their upgrade, provided the upgrade is processed and paid in full by 25 July 2026. The bonus hour will be added to the package upon confirmation of the upgrade payment. 

IV. Offer B — 1 Extra Hour with Any 3-Session Package Booking 

• Eligible Packages: Offer B applies to 3-session packages available at Career Science, across both the Students and Professionals streams. 

• Bonus Hour: Eligible clients will receive 1 additional 1-hour coaching session  added to their package at no extra cost. This bonus session is in addition to the sessions already included in the booked package. 

• Scheduling: The bonus session must be used before 30 September 2026, in line with the overall promotional session window. It cannot be carried over, deferred, or transferred. 

• No Cash Value: The bonus hour has no cash value and cannot be redeemed as a credit, refund, or discount against any other service.

V. No Stacking of Offers 

Offer A and Offer B cannot be combined on a single booking. Clients must select one offer per transaction. The sole exception is the upgrade scenario outlined in Section 3 above, where a client who initially booked under Offer A later upgrades to a package and becomes eligible for Offer B at the point of upgrade. 

These promotional offers cannot be combined with any other discount, credit, or promotional pricing running at Career Science, including but not limited to the Session Upgrade Credit offer.

VI. Refunds and Cancellations 

All bookings made under this promotion are subject to Career Science’s standard Refund and Credit Note Policy, available at Refund Policy, with the following additional conditions: 

• Full Refund: A full refund of the amount paid is available for cancellations requested within 24 hours of the original booking date. 

• Credit Note: For cancellations made after 24 hours but within 30 days of the original booking date, a credit note will be issued for the full amount paid. Credit notes expire 12 months from the date of issue. 

• No Refund or Credit: No refund or credit note will be issued for cancellation requests made more than 30 days after the original booking date. 

• Promotional Rate: Credit notes issued for bookings made under this promotion will reflect the discounted amount paid, not the standard rate. The promotional discount is not transferable to a rebooked service outside the promotional period. 

• Bonus Hour: The bonus hour granted under Offer B is non-refundable and will not be reinstated once forfeited due to cancellation or non-use within the promotional session window. 

VII. General Conditions 

• Availability: This offer is available while promotional session slots last. Career Science reserves the right to limit the number of bookings accepted under this promotion. 

• Right to Withdraw: Career Science reserves the right to withdraw, modify, or extend this promotion at any time without prior notice. Bookings confirmed and paid prior to any such change will be honoured under the terms at the time of purchase. 

• Non-transferable: Promotional bookings and bonus sessions are non-transferable and cannot be assigned to another person. 

• Governing Law: These terms are governed by the laws of New South Wales, Australia.
